Eventually the tears stop flowing from the eyes, yet the pain is fresh in the heart, as time passes and life opens new doors, with each day the sorrow gets deeper and deeper to the point where grief feels like bitter-sweet pleasure, others wonder in awe why are you so strange, so different, so naive, you keep your silence, enduring the gifts of life with a smile and some splendid wine

I salute you for your dazzling spirit in being so powerful, so divine and so kind. As your prayers protect you from danger, I too pray God's hand of blessing shall shield you from all harm. May your ancestors rest in peace and the beautiful people around you love you even more each day. As life unfolds it's wondrous mysteries I hope that it brings us even more closer to the point of divine intimacy.

As I sit wondering about my future, nothing seems to fulfill me, What am I to do with the gift of life? What am I to be for the benefit of others? What am I to consider important? What am I to value and cherish? Such a meaningless persistent dilemma to endure, such a silly little phase of life to live, such a blessing in disguise, such a passionate companion.

As I see her today, dressed in glowing white, she is gently organizing her things, how divine is her presence, how captivating is her smile, how enchanting is her beauty, how delicate is her glance. As I watched in awe the brilliant creation of the almighty, my heart is filled with joy, for in this whole wide Universe, life brings us together, creating memories of timeless treasures.

I feel like a brand new person, totally free and emotionally charged, like a space rocket ready for take-off to explore new worlds, like God heard my prayers and in one simple blessing transformed my whole being, now I know who I am, now I know how to live, now I know what to do, now I know how to be happy, now I know how to trust, now I  know how to smile again, I love you all. You are like my rainbow, beautiful, colorful, magnificent, divine and elegant. You show up on the rainy days and make me happy, you fill my life with joy, you are God's rare and special creation, you fill up the whole sky.

The new year will be here soon filled with hope, faith, joy and unlimited opportunities for us to fulfill our dreams and follow our passions. Let's prepare ourselves to receive and accept all the gifts that life will bestow upon us, let's open our hearts to divine love that God will pour into our lives, let's honor our sacred body temple by exercising more and eating healthy, let's forgive those that offended us or hurt our feelings, let's just remember the good memories of our past and let go of the bitter ones, let's be the best we can be and make the next year the best year of our lives.

At times we are so naive when it comes to the matters of the heart, everyone wants to find their true love, find their soulmate, find the one and only, find their prince charming or beautiful princess, how easily we forget that love is beyond our control, love chooses us and we must be patient, love calls to us and we must follow, love inspires us and we must smile, love challenges us and we must strengthen ourselves. When love happens just know that our sleepless nights have begun, try as hard as we may to run and hide love will hunt us down, resist as hard as we may love is too powerful, deny as much as we want the whole world will soon find out.

Sometimes we wonder why things don't go our way, sometimes we feel betrayed or disappointed, sometimes life is just tough on us and sometimes we get lost in the chaos of life. How then are we to pursue our divine destiny of reaching our goals, how are we to make a difference in the lives of others, how are we to be our best in the toughest of circumstances and how are we to strive for excellence. The answer can be tough yet simple. "Give gratitude and thanks to that which annoys us, that which bothers us, that which hurts us, that which holds us back." As we give gratitude everything will automatically shift, new doors will open, new bridges will form, new ideas will appear and new possibilities will arise. The more gratitude we give the faster we grow and reach our goals.

Sometimes we hit this unseen wall, this unknown dark force that stops us from seeing are god given destiny, this uncertain feeling in our gut that keeps nagging at us, this inner voice that keeps annoying us, this doubt that creeps up unexpectedly. How are we to move ahead in these times of peril? Experts say distract the mind and find something different to keep busy. We all know that after a while the issue returns. The way to transform this is to spiritually surrender and learn whatever we can about our experiences in order to graduate from rather than fight through our ordeals. Spiritual surrender open doors and bring inner peace and inner fulfillment like no other technique.

Often times life gives us the golden opportunity of falling in love with our soulmate, though sometimes we hold back, afraid of heart-breaks or disappointments, fearful of the unknown changes in future, uncertain about how our lives might alter, cautious of what compromises we might have to make. While all this is true, falling in love is our true nature, we are designed to experience intimacy at the highest possible level, being vulnerable to our beloved is safe, thriving on passion is our birthright, keeping the romance alive is easy. Let's hold the highest intention for being in love and honoring our heart's deepest desires.

Many a times we get all confused about love, relationships, intimacy, romance and choice. Love is something we cannot control or choose, love happens on it's own accord and there are no rules to love, love is blind and will not listen to anything or what anybody has to say, love is tender yet has the power to move mountains. Resistance to love is futile. Once love takes over it's best to surrender. Romance is how another person makes us feel when we are around them or when we are thinking about them. Intimacy is generated from within and is a reflection of internal self-esteem and well-being. Relationships happen when two people experience similar feelings about external events and circumstances. Marriage is the ultimate choice based on love, intimacy and romance.

When in despair, listen to music being played, to soften our hearts, to feel the great divine power, to heal all our wounds, to take away all our pain, to wipe away all our tears, to dissolve all our anger and to remove away all our fears. How blessed we can feel now, free from all the anxiety, free from all the suffering, free to love life once again, free to be a happy child and free to embrace the gift of life.

The temporary emptiness and vacuum that you feel is a mere illusion. Open your heart to love and you will find permanent bliss and joy in every moment of life. We are powerful people who can create life full of happiness and peace. Let go of all negative emotions and rejoice in the miracle of divine life and enjoy each moment to the fullest without inhibitions and regrets.

What is a Fulfilling Life?


We all know what is good for us and what is undesirable to us. All we have to do is learn how to open ourselves for receiving the good and learn how to block out the undesirable. The process is simple yet needs discipline and practice. Creating a balance in our Physical Well-Being, Emotional Well-Being, Financial Well-Being and Spiritual Well-Being is the key to living our lives with fulfillment. Daily Meditation Practice with focused attention on simple milestones helps us to make gradual progress, develop good habits and create a new healthy abundant lifestyle. Then it is possible for us to make quantum leaps in manifesting our desires and being in alignment with the way the universe operates. Understanding and knowledge is necessary but not sufficient. We need to take focused action and learn how to create our thoughts and handle our feelings. External help and support is necessary but not sufficient. We need to learn to invoke our inner calling to drive ourselves to create breakthroughs and achieve success. Reading articles and books is necessary but not sufficient. We need to learn to shift who we are being and where we want humanity to move towards. Meditation is a simple tool that can be followed to achieve balance and focus. We will start with 30 min daily Meditation Practice and gradually increase our daily Meditation Practice to reach our Higher Self. Once we are more balanced then we will encourage our loved ones to start their daily Meditation Practice too. We will support them in their journey of life. We all have to power to shape our future and each day our contributions create a global impact on the lives of all of us. This is the time to live our lives with fulfillment and we will now step into this future from a space of creating balance, learning new skills and experiencing ultimate fulfillment.

CURIOUS SELF: “I have a great job and an amazing family. My children are so adorable. I recently got a promotion and I am so excited about handling new and exciting projects. I go to the gym regularly for exercise and I follow a healthy diet. I also regularly go to church and help out with many charity projects. Is this a fulfilling life? I am not so sure. Sometimes I am uncertain about who I am and what my purpose in life is. Sometimes I cannot relate to what others believe in or accept who they are. Why are there so many wars and crimes on our planet? I want to be absolutely sure as to what is the meaning of life. Is there something I can do that will make a difference? What is a fulfilling life? How can we all achieve fulfilling lives?”

We all have been given the gift of life and we all strive to live a fulfilling life. At regular intervals we have to take breaks and examine what exactly is a fulfilling life that we want to be living. What components constitute the construction and presence of fulfillment in our lives? Is it financial freedom? Is it emotional well-being? Is it spiritual knowledge? Is it physical fitness? Is it fame and fortune? Is it recognition and power? Is it living in the present moment? Is it compassion towards others? Is it having a loving family or is it something completely different. There are thousands of motivational speakers, life coaches, spiritual leaders, business leaders, relationship coaches, counselors, doctors, professionals, scientist, philanthropist and engineers working towards the evolution of the human race and shaping the future of humanity. They all tell us what a fulfilled life should look like. They tell us how we can live an abundant life. They tell us how we can improve our current levels of success. They tell us how we can achieve our goals. They tell us how we can create our opportunities and they tell us what we can do that will make a real difference.

Nevertheless, one look at the world around us and we know instantly that the human race as a whole is unable to control where we are heading. We all have opinions, beliefs, concepts and ideas. We all have good days and bad days. We all have dreams and hopes. We all have passion and drive to succeed and we all have education and opportunities. Yet, most of the times we are struggling with obesity, addictions, financial hardships, relationship issues, uncertainty, emptiness, anger, resentment, discrimination, scarcity or fear. We have technology provide us comfort, information, medical care, entertainment and opportunities. Yet, many a times we feel stressed out, tired, social pressure and sadness. So are we all living our lives with fulfillment or are we under the wrongful perception that we are living a fulfilling life. Do we even truly understand what a fulfilled life is and what needs to be done in order to create this fulfilling lifestyle? Do we feel we have mastered the art of being alive and enjoy each moment of our lives? Do we feel connected with each other and willing to share our lives with our global community? Are we ready to embark on the journey to find out who we truly are and what brings us ultimate fulfillment? Are we ready to live our lives with complete Knowingness that we are creating our best possible life? Are we ready to live our great fulfilling life now?

Our life consists of four core components:
(A) Physical Well-Being
(B) Emotional Well-Being
(C) Financial Well-Being
(D) Spiritual Well-Being

Maintaining a healthy balance between these four core components and steady balanced growth in each area is the key to creating and living a fulfilled life. However, it is easier said than done and takes discipline, dedication, perseverance and patience to master. Understanding one’s own current state of being in each core component is the first step towards understanding what a fulfilled life is and how to live that life powerfully and easily. As we ask ourselves these questions we begin to realize that there are many things we can do differently. Many things we must stop doing and many things we must start doing. Most of the times we even know what we are supposed to do. However, we simply don’t have the will power and routine to include it into our lifestyle. Sometime we are too busy or we don’t have the support systems to incorporate new habits. We are only asking these kinds of questions. We don’t have to figure out everything just yet. We still have time how to create our plan to accomplish our balance through daily Meditation. We are still exploring what is a fulfilling life. So let’s ask some more questions…

Ø  Why should we perform random acts of kindness?
Ø  Why should we focus on positive thoughts?
Ø  Why should we always speak authentically without fear?
Ø  Why should we give others the benefit of the doubt?
Ø  Why should we create social wellness?
Ø  Why should we accept others as they are?
Ø  Why should we stand up for ourselves?
Ø  Why should we be content with what we have?
Ø  Why should we constantly be striving for happiness?
Ø  Why should we focus on the most positive outcome?
Ø  Why should we make new friends?
Ø  How can we create more peace and harmony?
Ø  How can we resolve conflicts more effectively?
Ø  How can we inspire others to live more powerfully?
Ø  How can we create a thriving economy?
Ø  How can we eliminate world hunger and poverty?
Ø  How can we create more belongingness?
Ø  How can we express ourselves more powerfully?
Ø  How can we take humanity to the next level?
Ø  How can we be more accepting of other cultures?

As we ask ourselves more questions we begin to realize that there are so many aspects of life and defining what a fulfilled life becomes a very challenging undertaking. So, when there are these multi dimensional matrix that we live in. How do we know for sure we are heading in the right direction? How do we know that when we get to be 80 years old and we look back at our lives we will have a smile on our face? How do we know that what we are told about life is accurate and we are not being mis-lead? Being curious and asking questions gives us a great deal of freedom. Because now we are open to receiving answers from our intuition and from the Universal Knowingness. Keep asking more and more questions about life in general and what constitutes a fulfilled life. Keep focusing on the four core components. If we discover something that does not quite fit into any one area, then we split it into smaller components.

We are still exploring life. What it means to be alive and thriving? What it means to be in a relationship? What it means to be living a healthy lifestyle? What it means to be financially free? What it means to be spiritually grounded? What it means to be successful? What it means to be following our path? What it means to be passionate? What it means to be compassionate? What it means to be a global citizen? What it means to be patriotic? What it means to be wealthy? What it means to be a good son or a daughter? What it means to be a parent? What it means to be a friend? What it means to be authentic? What it means to be powerful? What it means to be courageous? What it means to be productive? What it means to happy? What it means to be in love? What it means to be angry? What it means to be forgiving? What it means to be living in the present moment? What it means to be trusting? What it means to be prudent? What it means to be disciplined? What it means to be knowledgeable? What it means to be practical? What it means to be a leader? What it means to be punctual? What it means to be responsible? What it means to be loving? What it means to be competitive? What it means to be committed? And finally what it means to be living a great fulfilling life?

As we spend time with these questions. We must be open to simply receiving the answers without any judgment or apprehension. We are still in the process of discovery and experimentation. We don’t yet have to start setting new goals and evaluating our progress. We are simply developing a deeper understanding of ourselves and everyone around us. We are learning to ask the right questions. We are learning to be patient. We are learning to open our minds and hearts. We are learning to be curious. We are learning to question the status-quo. We are learning to listen to our inner voice. We are learning to recognize our inner calling. We are learning to let go of our preconceived notions. We are learning to expand our awareness. We are learning to understand who we are. We are learning to look at all aspects of life. We are learning to be authentic with ourselves. We are learning to try out new things. We are learning to respect others opinions. We are learning to be accepting and we are learning how to live a life with fulfillment. As we ask ourselves more and more questions, after a few days go by, many of our questions get very clear answers. However, some questions leave us with more questions and we start to wonder if there are answers to them or not. This is where things start to get tough. Because, if it were that easy, everyone would have figured it out already and everyone would be living their life with fulfillment already. So, we have to hold on to our unanswered questions. Sometimes this process can take a long time. As a rule, we will always wait patiently for our questions to be answered at the right time and place. When we are truly ready to receiving the answers then all the questions will start to disappear. Even though the key to creating and living a fulfilled life is to balance our four core areas of spirituality, emotions, mind, body, and money we still have to ask questions in order to open ourselves to receiving. Let us be with our questions until we are ready to receive all our answers.

Now as we ask these questions and wonder about the different insights we receive, our focus needs to be on gently and authentically evaluating where we stand in our lives. The general idea is to divide our lives and our questions into the four core areas and get a sense of our level of skills in these areas and eventually start to develop new skills in the areas that have lower strengths in our lives and start to balance the areas that have higher presence in our lives. This will give us a very good sense of our current state of being in each area and propel us towards a balanced and powerful great life. We will explore the four core areas of Physical Well-being, Emotional Well-being, Financial Well-being and Spiritual Well-being in more detail and explore the steps we can take to create and maintain our Overall Well-being.  As we begin to understand what is a fulfilled life for us, we also begin to understand why humanity is struggling to achieve global peace and harmony, we begin to understand why we are falling short of being sensitive to the environment, we being to understand why we are struggling to create balance and equality, we being to understand why we are waiting for things to change around us, we being to understand why we are unable to resolve conflicts easily and amicably, we being to understand why we always want to win instead of letting go, we being to understand why we want to feel in control instead of surrendering, we being to understand why we rather hold back than love unconditionally, we being to understand why we close our hearts to others when things get difficult, we being to understand why we blame the world when our lives seems tough and we being to understand why we must be ready to transform our lives now for the greater good of humanity. Only once we know what a fulfilled life is, it is then that we have a good chance to create it and live it authentically. So keep asking questions and receiving insights. Until the day we reach to the point where we start teaching others how to live their lives with fulfillment too.
