Witness Our Thoughts

Let us be a simple witness of our thought processes. Simply sitting silently, witnessing the thoughts, passing before us. Just witnessing, not interfering not even judging, because the moment we judge we have lost the pure witness. The moment we say "this is good, this is bad," we have always jumped onto the thought process. It takes a little time to create a gap between the witness and the mind. Once the gap is there, we are in for a great surprise, that we are not the mind, that we are the witness, a watcher.

Meditation Improves with Time

At first meditating feels unusual – like stepping out of normal life and doing something that most people find strange. Soon, however, we connect with many people who meditate. Also, many successful people attribute part of their success to meditation.

Inner Sky

With Meditation let us touch our inner space, which is nothingness, as silent and empty as the sky; it is our inner sky. Once we settle down in our inner sky, we have come home, and a great maturity arises in our actions and in our behavior. Then whatever we do has grace in it. Our walking becomes dancing and our silence becomes music.

Know Our Mind through Meditation

Once we get to know our mind through Meditation, we start to own our thoughts and become more authentic, maybe even humble. We realize the stories our mind puts us through and we gain some perspective on them. We realize most of us are caught up in our own mind-drama and that allows us to become more compassionate towards others.
