Self Discipline
and Defense
Self discipline and defense is
the natural occurrence of defense and discipline concerning the self. Though
sometimes the natural occurrence may not be sufficient and additional work is
needed to enhance and improve skills to gain an advantage, reverse negative
belief systems and/or increase probability for certain desired outcomes. In
normal day-to-day life we do not need a doctor and regular exercise with food
discipline is good enough for our body's health. It is when we fall sick that
we need additional help towards our Physical Well-Being. Similarly, our Daily
Meditation is good enough for our Spiritual Well-Being. It is when we are going
through a tough time and/or major transitions that we need guidance from an
experienced Meditation Coach and/or Meditation Non-Profit Organization to
support/guide us though these stages of Spiritual Growth.
