WEAKER SELF
Spiritual Growth is like peeling
an Onion, there are layers after layers and this causes a person to cry
profusely, metaphorically speaking. Once the core of the Onion is reached then
life hands us another new Onion and the cycle repeats itself. Any personal
weakness experienced during these cycles is known as the WEAKER SELF. We must
on-goingly work towards enhancing our WEAKER SELF into our HIGHER SELF though
real life skills development and DAILY MEDITATION... 😊

HONOR - Doing the right thing by
listening to our INNER VOICE no matter what the consequences are. For each
individual this will be different and no one can judge another. It either IS or
IS NOT. And only the individual will know.
LEADERSHIP - Inspiring others to
be their best, by living our own best life and working towards our GOALS to
reach our HIGHER SELF. It is our primary duty to first take care of our own
Well-Being and then to do our best towards other's Well-Being. It is only when
we are STRONG internally and externally that we can lead others towards
Wellness and Happiness. A true Leader creates more Leaders, spreads knowledge
to everyone around and inspires others to be their best.

Self discipline and defense is
the natural occurrence of defense and discipline concerning the self. Though
sometimes the natural occurrence may not be sufficient and additional work is
needed to enhance and improve skills to gain an advantage, reverse negative
belief systems and/or increase probability for certain desired outcomes. In
normal day-to-day life we do not need a doctor and regular exercise with food
discipline is good enough for our body's health. It is when we fall sick that
we need additional help towards our Physical Well-Being. Similarly, our Daily
Meditation is good enough for our Spiritual Well-Being. It is when we are going
through a tough time and/or major transitions that we need guidance from an
experienced Meditation Coach and/or Meditation Non-Profit Organization to
support/guide us though these stages of Spiritual Growth.

Guiding Others
Everyone is at a different place
in life and as a Meditation Coach or as a friend our duty is to be neutral
towards everyone and to do our best in any given situation. Everyone has a
different learning curve. We must view everyone as the best version of who they
can become in future and relate to them as if they are already transformed into
that best version of themselves. Overcoming unhealthy habits is not easy
because the amount of unhealthy options available at low costs is vast and we
must do everything in our power to support healthy habits. However, during this
process, we must not permit others to practice their unhealthy habits in our
presence. When they are spending time with us they have to follow all our
healthy rules and regulations, so that they know we are serious about their
Well-being... 🙂
Charismatic Seduction

Seduction
Charismatic Seduction make us
feel good momentarily. This is a good thing if practiced within the boundaries
of the relationship rules set-up between participating individuals. This will
increase the emotional connection between the participants and add Excitement,
Passion and Pleasure to the relationship dynamics. This will also increase the
awareness, vitality and confidence of participating individuals. However, if
this is used to deceive someone, used to escape reality or used for financial
gains, then that will sooner or later cause problems in the future.
Destructive Good Feelings
(1) Eating High Sugar Foods like ice creams, cakes, donuts,
etc. - This imitates the Good Feelings that comes with eating Healthy Fruits
and gives the body the wrong signals that something nutritious food is being
consumed. In reality this is confusing the body and causing harm in the long
run.
(2) Winnings at Gambling like poker, horse race, scratch
lottery, etc. - This imitates the Good Feelings that comes with random rewards
and unexpected increase in income and gives the mind the wrong signals that
something valuable has arrived. In reality this is confusing the financial and
analytical mind.
(3) Excessive Competitive Environment at work/business or
sports - Competition is great when it brings out the best in a person and
motivates an individual towards creative solutions and wellness. However, when
competition becomes about winning at the cost of someone else’s loss, then even
though it creates Good Feelings, it trains the mind to suppress others with
force. Similarly, with aggressive sports like boxing where the concept of Being
a Champion is that of someone who has defeated several other boxers. On the
other hand, Martial arts is about SELF DISCIPLINE, SELF DEFENSE, HONOR and
LEADERSHIP which is really awesome. In reality excessive competition is
confusing the emotional mind.
(4) Watching excessive TV, Movies, Netflix etc. and spending
too much time on social media and mobile devices - This imitates the Good Feelings
that comes from interpersonal interactions. However, this does not provide an
individual necessary skills to solve real life interpersonal problems when
relationship situation gets tough. In reality this is confusing the emotional
mind.
Basically, anything that is harmful in the long run but
FEELS GOOD in the moment can be categorized as potential Destructive Good
Feelings. There is nothing wrong in using them for a short time period for
entertainment or to gain some advantage. There is also nothing wrong in using
them in a controlled fashion like enjoying ice-cream with family once a month
or spending $10 on Powerball with some friends for excitement, as long as it is
done in moderation and with care.

ENERGY, MOTION & PRESENT NOW MOMENT

Everything is ENERGY. Yes. All of existence the universal being is energy. And
all doing (action), is a still being (ENERGY), distortedly perceived as none
energy (active cause and effect).
-
Everything is in CONSTANT MOTION. Yes. If the universe stops singing
(vibrating) momentarily, It evaporates. If the brain itself wouldn't be singing
psychologically (as well as physically), perception wouldn't occur. To every
external phenomenon, an imitated internal psychological (musical) phenomenon
has to be produced in order for (internal, self) knowledge to provoke and
manifest itself.

Everything happens in the PRESENT NOW MOMENT. Yes! As explained above
(psychological perceptions (sensations) imitating projected external phenomena,
the mere belief that there is external stimulation provoking our
psychologically reproduced vibrations is enough to manifest a complete
experience. And this aspect is always occurring right now, while the externally
provoking phenomena is either provoked presently in actuality as well or
psychologically only. So in the later case, there isn't a collaboration between
external and internal, but even the (seemingly) external aspect of the
relationship, always occurs internally psychologically only in the immediate
present moment. Labeling the later (the purely internal experience), past or
future, is only serving as a practical cue for survival purposes. But the
energy fueling the cuing, is in the present. It is like a sign pointing to a
direction, but the sign itself remains where it is regardless of the arrow
direction.
