A Good Conversation

Meditation Practitioner - "I haven't been the presence (the present moment), since infancy."

WE LOVE MEDITATION - "What does that mean? Please elaborate..."

Meditation Practitioner -

All my thoughts are hosted by the underlying silence, yet I refuse to admit it.

So my emotions claim to exist independently, while they don't exist at all.

In consequence, they expand and intensify so extremely,
That they become very influential.

It's claim, that it is, what I am (me),

Is taken for face value and very literal.

Luckily, deception isn't available in the presence.

Because it takes two separate moments (experiences) to produce an association (a concept).

And if all possible time positions are discovered to reside in the now.

Concept, disintegrates.

I refuse to give in to the impression, that I've tried so hard to still myself, but failed.

Because it cannot be true.

Stillness (inaction), cannot be achieved through action.

In the meantime, there seems to be an urgent need for calm and presence.

So by simply admitting, that it hasn't yet occurred (since infancy, when language hasn't yet existed),

I'm expressing the quest for liberation, without false claims.

Thank you for your hospitality and inquiry.

WE LOVE MEDITATION -

Thanks for sharing in detail. The experience is real and authentic, however, the logic used to reach the conclusion of not experiencing/being the present now moment can be altered as such to reach a different conclusion, which is more in alignment with the Universe and will support the further expansion of consciousness. Here Goes - "As we all strive to reach our Higher Self, there are many obstacle and challenges that we must overcome, one of them being the illusion of time. As we all only exist in the PRESENT NOW MOMENT, be default none of us have any other choice but to exist NOW and ONLY NOW and NO-WHERE ELSE BUT NOW. The beauty of NOW is that it contains PEACE as well as CHAOS, it also contains LOVE as well as HATE, it also contains FORGIVENESS as well as REVENGE, it also contains STILLNESS as well as ACTION. It is up to us to focus keenly and choose THAT what we want to create more of.... 🙂 and thereby BE THE PRESENCE that ye seek..."   WE LOVE MEDITATION... 🙂

It is up to us to focus keenly and choose THAT what we want to create more of.... 🙂

By us, do you need responsibility?

By focus, do you mean observing the density and distraction (how many processes are processed simultaniously),
of our consciousness (how many slices (things-thoughts), we dissected wholeness (the material spiritual brain- the self scanning) into)?

Also, Would the following be an accurate illustration?

One is locked up in a cell, shackled in chains.

He is extremely hungry.

The hunger can be perceived as the thought (real death does not exist) death (fear, sadness, suffering, etc),

Or abundant expression of the underlying Life (bliss, contentment, serenity), fueling all these extreme sensation and resulting thoughts (a lamp post is incapable to go hungry, and experience entrapment).

and thereby BE THE PRESENCE that ye seek..."   WE LOVE MEDITATION... 🙂

So are you suggesting, that mentally striving for stillness isn't gonna deliver,

(The attraction cannot be real, due to the opposing natures between the striving and the objective).

But mentally striving for high quality, low intensity ego,
with alert egoic awareness, that the I, is sponsored an hosted by the now.

Will open the (meditational) capacity/ path to real silliness?

Thank you

WE LOVE MEDITATION -

By us, do you need responsibility? - "Yes, We are all 100% responsible for everything that happens in our lives, desirable as well as undesirable. Even if we feel that something happened to us that was beyond our control. The reason for this is because POWER only lies in our ability to alter our perceptions that we create about facts, people and events around us. If there is an earthquake we cannot stop it no matter what we do, nevertheless, it is our responsibility to protect ourselves and recoup after the devastation. Blaming the earthquake or trying to over-analyze it serves no good. POWER is in looking towards the future and creating solutions that work for the greater good."

By focus, do you mean observing the density and distraction (how many processes are processed simultaniously), of our consciousness (how many slices (things-thoughts), we dissected wholeness (the material spiritual brain- the self scanning) into)? - “An average human-being has about 60,000 thoughts during the day and it is impossible to monitor all our thoughts and internal processes. The way to handle this is to get in tune with our feelings, because our feelings and emotions are generated by our cumulative thoughts and act as our guidance system. If something FEELS GOOD then it is ok to proceed ahead. If something DOES NOT FEEL GOOD then better to avoid if possible. So, FOCUS means to actively seek people, events and activities that make us FEEL GOOD and focus on more of those items. The more we FOCUS on things, feelings, thoughts, people, events and memories that make us FEEL GOOD the more we are reaching towards our HIGHER SELF.”

Also, Would the following be an accurate illustration? One is locked up in a cell, shackled in chains. He is extremely hungry. The hunger can be perceived as the thought (real death does not exist) death (fear, sadness, suffering, etc), Or abundant expression of the underlying Life (bliss, contentment, serenity), fueling all these extreme sensation and resulting thoughts (a lamp post is incapable to go hungry, and experience entrapment). – “Yes, We all follow cycles, hunger followed by satiation followed by hunger, sleep followed by being awake followed by sleep, Negative feelings like fear, sadness, suffering, etc. followed by Positive feelings like bliss, contentment, serenity, followed by Negative feelings again. This cycle cannot be broken. It just goes on and on and on forever. Our work is to hold-on-to the Positive feelings as long as possible when they arrive and surrender to the negative feelings when they arrive so they can pass-away faster. There is no Permanent State of Being. Everything is always in CONSTANT MOTION. Even Buddha experienced sadness. Even the worst criminals experience PEACE at some point in their life. This is the Nature of Life.”

So are you suggesting, that mentally striving for stillness isn't gonna deliver, - “Anything is possible, however, the easier way is to NOT STRIVE FOR STILLNESS, just rather be fine with the MENTAL CHATTER and the STILLNESS will come automatically when it needs to.”

(The attraction cannot be real, due to the opposing natures between the striving and the objective). – “Attraction exists because of the opposing natures between the striving and the objective. Otherwise it would be STATIC everywhere.”

But mentally striving for high quality, low intensity ego, with alert egoic awareness, that the I, is sponsored an hosted by the now. “Seek the HIGHER SELF – That is our Physical Well-Being, Emotional Well-Being, Financial Well-Being and Spiritual Well-Being for SELF as well as OTHERS. The I-YOU-WE dynamics will automatically alter the more we focus on WELL-BEING. The Ego is only a set of thoughts, memories and feelings which anyways keeps changing over the years. It will always exist, as that is part of our design. The EGO can be moved towards The HIGHER SELF which is our goal and the more real life skills we achieve, the more closer we reach towards manifesting our desires and creating a Fulfilling Life.”

Will open the (meditational) capacity/ path to real silliness? – “Yes, Meditation is a great tool to achieve Mastery over Stillness, Inner Peace and Awareness. There are many other tools as well. It is all a cumulative effort. Listening to Spiritual Teachers, Regular Exercise at the Gym, Food Discipline, Volunteering at Non-Profits, Healthy Relationship with Friends and Family, Financial Stability, Professional/Business Skills Development, Daily Meditation Routine, Let Go of Past Suppressed Emotions, Surrendering to the Future. All of this is the Path to REAL STILLNESS… 😊”
